Rev& LLC, d/b/a Rev& (“Rev&”,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) welcomes you. We operate the https://revand.io/ Web site (the “Rev& Marketing Site”) and provide our customers (“Customers”) access to certain online services (the “Services”). As used in this policy “personal information” is information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with you or your household.
What this Privacy Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy applies to information that we collect:
- from visitors to the Rev& Marketing Site
- from Customers through their use of the Services.
Rev& acts as a service provider or processor of data collected by Customers from users and customers of those Customers (“Users,” such as entrepreneurs) via the Services. In this capacity, Rev& processes User data solely on behalf of and pursuant to the instructions of its Customers, for the business purposes specified in Rev&’s agreements with those Customers. Rev& does not sell or share User data collected or processed on behalf of Customers.
If you are a User who supplies data to a Customer, such as an incubator or other entrepreneur servicing organization, you can access that Customer’s Privacy Policy located on their site to learn how they may collect, use or share your data, ask them questions, or exercise rights that you may have relating to that data. Rev& relies on its Customers to obtain all necessary consents and provide all necessary notices to Users regarding the processing of User data.
SOURCES OF INFORMATION
We collect your personal information from the following sources:
- Directly from you. We may collect personal information directly from you when you interact with us such as when you purchase a product; social media page access; sign up for a newsletter or promotion; book a demo of our products; or register for or participate in a webinar.
- Automatically when you access or use the Services. We may collect personal information using cookies or when you use our Services. For more information, see the Cookies section below.
THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Identifiers, such as your name, social media handle, phone number, address, business address, and e-mail address. We may disclose this information to service providers, and to others as required by law.
- Commercial Information. We or our service providers may collect your financial information (e.g. your payment details), and details of the services we have provided to you, or that you’ve inquired about, including any additional information necessary to deliver those services and respond to your inquiries. We may disclose this information to service providers and to others as required by law.
- Internet or other electronic network activity information, such as IP addresses, device identifiers, Facebook/Instagram page access, and other information obtained from your device. We may disclose this information to service providers, marketing partners, and to others as required by law.
- Non-precise geolocation data, such as your geographic location based on device location. We use this information to provide you with our Services and to better tailor our services to you depending on your geographical region. We may disclose this information to service providers, marketing partners, and to others as required by law.
- Sensitive Personal Information. Our service providers may collect your billing information and credit and/or debit card number, which are processed and stored by those service providers and not directly by Rev&. We may disclose this information to service providers and to others as required by law.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
- Providing you with the Services. We may use your personal information to deliver the Services to you and otherwise provide you with the products and experience that you request from us. This includes the use of our messaging features by Customers.
- Customer Service. We may use or disclose your personal information where it is necessary for us to provide support related to a Services, validate data related to a Services for troubleshooting and dispute resolution purposes, or do something that you have asked us to do. For example, if you use a service offered by us, you may be asked for information needed to complete your request.
- Build and maintain our relationship with you.We use your personal information to improve your experience on our Services; understand your preferences and send you promotional messages and advertisements about products you may like; and communicate with you about products and services you may be interested in.
- Development of the Services. We may use or disclose your personal information to improve our Services and develop new service offerings.
- When you provide us with your personal information, we may communicate with you using the information you have given us to provide you with information we think may be of interest to you, including marketing and promotional messages. - Maintain the security of our Services. To maintain the security and integrity of our Services, we use your personal information to detect security incidents, protect our Services against fraudulent and illegal activity, and enforce our terms of use.
- Comply with our legal obligations and respond to legal proceedings. We use your personal information to comply with our legal, regulatory, and risk management obligations and maintain records of our compliance with federal and state law requirements. We may also use your personal information to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, such as to prevent fraud.
We use Sensitive Personal Information for legally permitted business purposes, including to (i) perform services or provide goods reasonably expected by an average person; (ii) detect security incidents; (iii) resist malicious, deceptive or illegal actions; (iv) ensure the physical safety of individuals; (v) for short-term, transient use; (vi) perform or provide internal business services; or (vii) verify or maintain the quality or safety of a service or device. We do not sell or share (as defined under California law) any Sensitive Personal Information.

- Marketing Partners. We may disclose your information with third parties to help with advertising campaigns and to participate in joint marketing campaigns.

OPT-OUT FOR DIRECT MARKETING; EMAIL MANAGEMENT
You may opt out at any time from the use of your personal information for direct marketing purposes and/or the transfer of your personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes by emailing the instructions to comms@revand.io or by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link located on the bottom of any Rev& marketing email and following the instructions found on the page to which the link takes you. You cannot opt out of receiving transactional e-mails related to the Services.
HOW WE PROTECT AND RETAIN YOUR INFORMATION
Rev& takes very seriously the security and privacy of the personal information that it collects pursuant to this Privacy Policy. Accordingly, we implement reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction, taking into account the risks involved in processing and the nature of such data, and comply with applicable laws and regulations. Please understand, however, that no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our databases or the databases of the third parties with which we may share your information (as permitted herein), nor can we guarantee that the information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted over the Internet.
We retain your personal information based on legal requirements or business needs. Generally, we only retain personal information for as long as is reasonably necessary for our business purpose or as required by law.
CHILDREN
Rev&’s Services are not intended for anyone under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18 through the Services. If you have reason to believe that a person under the age of 18 has provided personal information to us, please contact us at comms@revand.io, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.
To the extent required by applicable law, we may collect the information of someone under the age of 18 for age verification purposes only, in which case we will only use that information for the verification, and will dispose of it after the verification is complete.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites (“External Sites”). Rev& has no control over the privacy practices or the content of any such External Sites. As such, we are not responsible for the content or the privacy policies of such External Sites. You should check the applicable privacy policy and terms of use when visiting any such External Sites.
